Rachael holds an MSc in Exercise & Nutrition, is a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor, has presented fitness classes both nationally and internationally at fitness conventions around the world and has more than 15 years experience in the fitness industry.

Former curriculum director of the YMCA's Fitness Industry training Rachael is a fully qualified personal trainer, an accredited fitness and gym instructor and national fitness presenter.

Fitness Expert for both Top Sante Magazine and Slimming Magazine for many years she now regularly writes for a wide range of publications and websites on a whole host of fitness topics.  She believes passionately in the power of exercise to transform bodies and minds and and has a proven track record in making exercise accessible, achievable and fun for all ages!
